Located in the shadow of the US Bancorp tower, this high rise affordable housing tower will be the home to 200 housing units (studios, 1 bed & 2 bed units.)  the building will also be home to a photography gallery, restaurant, retail, offices, and a research library.  I designed the tower to be a combination of contextual responses as well as a unique form for the downtown Portland area.
