The new Intercap’s factory, completed in 2009 on a 8.200 m2 plot, includes a 2.841 m2 productive division, a 420 m2 automatic storehouse and a 400 m2 heat recovering system, as well as accessory internal and outside spaces.

The project is based on the joining of several simple cubes, each of them with a specific function in the company's production process.

All of these productive volumes own a marked industrial look, emphasized by the use of technological materials for the outside coverings.

On the other side, a wholly glass covered winter garden, houses the leisure space, where a canteen and further free time facilities are put in so as to turn the work space into an amusement place in the space of a few minutes.

The big red framed windows accomplish the rule requirements and allow the workers to enjoy the view towards the sorrounding hills.
