Sculpture

The objective of this project was to create a sculpture out of leftover materials. I decided to create mine out of leftover pieces of basswood, Plexiglas, a broken wire, beads from a broken bracelet, and feathers I found outside. I used the pieces of basswood to create a staircase, I twisted the wire, and spray-painted the beads and some pieces of wood to make it blend in with the black and blue feathers. I called it the "You can overcome anything, just keep moving forward," sculpture because of how the beads represent obstacles in your life and the wire, stair and feathers mean keep going , don't give up, you can overcome anything you put your mind to. (The picture of the sculpture was taken inside of a museum I built.)
