Encanterra by Shea Homes.  One of my last projects while working at H&S, the people at Shea were wonderful to work with.  The challenge of this project was with the exception of the Clubhouse, the gate house and the sales center was design was approved by the client and the CD's was "complete" as described by the previous project manager.  Not only was the design subpar, the structural layout was inadequate and the entire CD set was thrown out by the city for incompleteness.  I had the unenviable job to explain to the client what had transpired.  At the end, I managed to win the client over and make the necessary changes and they were delighted.
