Designing, creating and managing the development of stores both nationally and globally. Working within the Store Development team, I have been able to design store layouts, manage the construction phase, fixture design, space planning, facade development and storefront integration of stores in many regions of the world including, Latin America, India, Asia, Mexico, and the United States. Daily email correspondence and weekly phone conferences have provided a very clear communication between team worldwide and my ability to communicate with all the Spanish-speaking regions has been a major asset to the success of the store development and renovations of Levi Retail Stores all over the world.

Rodan Builders, Burlingame, CA, US, Project Manager

Managed the construction of a $10 million elevator modernization project for the City and County of San Francisco's General Hospital. Through this nine month-long project, confirmed building permits, RFIs, monthly billing, budget forecasting, and site-visits. In addition to this project, I managed a two-year long general works contract for the San Francisco Municipal Transit Agency which included the development of various security surveillance projects, lighting design development projects for the interior of some underground stations. This project required much management and design through each new phase of the jobs, weekly status meetings were very important to maintain the owner satisfied and the projects on track.
