During my more than thgirty years of experience within the design field, I have worked independently and as a staff member for six architectural firms. I earned specific experience designing high end residences in the traditional manner as a Project Architect during my tenure with Peter Zimmerman Architects where I was responsible for multiple projects that started with the initial meetings with the clients to establish the program and then taking the project through the design from concept to construction documents and then on through construction administration. Prior to that, I had a desk at Chan Krieger and assisted them, as a consultant with a number of projects where my varied expertise with planning and a variety of building types allowed me to contribute in a number of ways. I have the technical skills and motivation to lead a variety of projects from conceptual design through construction administration. I have worked with clients from the initial discussion of a project through developing project goals and presenting concepts and managing the day to day issues. I am capable of working within constraints of zoning and building codes, and with engineers, to achieve design solutions that embrace an appropriate balance of function, cost, and aesthetics
