Contribute, manage and monitor all aspect of interior design and technical details as a Project Interior Designer.
• Work closely with clients to determine needs and requirements.
• Consider budget and function to a coherent result that enhances the client's singular vision.
• Prepare information regarding interior design, specifications and materials.
• Create interior renderings by using 3D Studio Max and Photoshop.
• Research innovative materials for projects.
• Evaluate, review and respond to change order request, request for information, and shop drawings.
• Integrate engineering element into unified design
• Manage consultant interface and provide direction to production staff.
• Evaluating information to determine compliance with standards.
• Selecting colors, light fixtures, appliances, materials, and other components.
• Use creativity in designing interior spaces, graphics.
• Develop presentation drawings and coordinate drawings with other disciplines.
• Maintain relationship with vendors and contractors
• Manage project team with strong leadership, organization, communication and relationship skills.
• Recognized by clients for excellent interior designs and service, strict schedule and budget management.
• CAD interior drawings from schematic design to construction drawings.
• Make presentations through PowerPoint.
