Hello. I am an architect in the state of California with 15 years of experience working on many types of architectural and construction projects. I have had the opportunity to participate in residential, commercial, hospitality, institutional, and interior design projects of various sizes; from 350 unit apartment transit villages to 30-unit condominiums and custom single family homes. Most recently I’ve worked on the development and design-build renovation of a 95 room historic hotel with a budget of 5 million+ in which I led various construction administration and design tasks.
I am drawn to work on projects that have a positive impact on the urban landscape and integrate and improve neighborhoods and communities.

Field research as client’s agent, serving as architect/ client representative; involved with construction administration, reviewing construction submittals, contractor’s requests for information, executing supplemental instructions, change orders, and participating in progress meetings, review of construction payment applications, punch-lists, as-built and record drawings.

Responsibilities included keeping CAD standard compliance to company requirements both in-house as well as with all WDI global locations. Creating standard formatted sheets for specific projects. Coordinating and managing files being sent to various locations and ensuring the format was appropriate.
