Responsible for producing construction documents for a high-end residential project in Washington State. An effort was made to reveal the nature of the structural materials. Curtain walls, expansive doug fir glulams framing, massive concrete bearing walls, a challenging site with limited access, and creative waterproofing demanded a high level of devotion.
