About 

Mr. Gant has over Thirteen years of experience in Resident Engineering and Professional Construction Management. 

His crew management skills along with his expertise in scheduling and budgeting have been an asset to each successful project completion.  Mr. Gant has completed numerous NYC private and public projects with similar scope, budget, time, schedule and complexity. He has project experience in NYC building practices with concentrations schools, pools and courthouses to name a few.

Awards 

Excellence in Architecture and Urban Design, Award

Four innovative architecture and urban design projects were chosen as winners of The Municipal Art Society of New York’s 2013 MASterworks Awards. “Best Restoration” was awarded to McCarren Pool and Bathhouse located in Greenpoint Brooklyn.

The MASterworks Awards, hosted annually by the Municipal Art Society, recognize projects completed in the preceding year that both exemplify excellence in architecture and urban design and that make a significant contribution to New York’s built environment.

This year’s awards were sponsored by Silverstein Properties and held on the 68th floor of 4 World Trade Center, which the first building to open on the 16-acre WTC site Wednesday, November 13, 2013.
