•Coordination with client expectations to develop plans or developing preliminary plans based off of proposal documents.
•Developing full construction drawings typically including; Site Plan, Floor Plans, Reflected Ceiling Plans, Elevations, Building Sections, Section Details, Schedules, ect.
•Work under tight deadlines, completing tasks quickly, efficiently and maintaining attention to detail.
•Communicating and collaborating with structural precast department as well as with trades to ensure accuracy of construction documents.
