About

Kelvin is a rare & unusual individual - otherwise self-described as an artist.

He is extremely passionate about all art forms - Visual Arts, Music, and the Performing Arts - with an ability to think, live, & express himself through all of these mediums.  The design world is the one that captured his educational interests, and has led to his pursuit of a career in design and construction - Architecture.

Often described as detail oriented, a positive team player, and well humored, he is also quick & level under pressure and is always seeking new challenges.  His design inclinations have always been towards residential and commercial spaces, and his design methodology involve the pen, the mouse and the x-acto knife interchangeably.  His personal architectural style is influenced by the design styles of Mies van der Rohe, Le Corbusier, and Norman Foster.

He has gathered over 3 years of design work experience in New York City, and has substantial knowledge of NYC Department of Buildings standards, administrative codes, building codes, and zoning codes.
