Alyssa Murasaki Saltzgaber was until recently working as a Project Manager at a small residential architectural firm, LEVEL Architects, in Tokyo & Yokohama, Japan. In June, 2012 she presented her thesis work to complete her 5 year education at Rhode Island School of Design, receiving her Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Fine Arts Degrees. 
Born in Andrews AFB, Maryland, USA, she has lived in multiple cities over the years from rural Misawa, Japan, to the culture rich Rome, Italy, and to her most recent metropolis, Tokyo, Japan. Currently she resides in New York City doing freelance work at the moment. Living in different locations has given her exposure to the different ideas and cultures that exist within the world which has fueled her desire to experience more cities, awaiting to be explored.

Designed and produced floor designs and large scale paintings as part of a collaboration for the Mercedes-Benz VIP Lounge for New York Fashion Week Fall 2014.

Project manager of new residential construction and renovation projects from drafting Design Drawings through final Construction Documents. Follow through with code inspection processes and obtaining building permits. Conduct regular meetings with clients, contractors, and engineers as well as on site inspection of construction phases to final hand over to the clients. Design and presentation contribution to various projects such as model making and renderings. In charge of foreign media distributions and translations.

Collaborative work to identify the unique efficiency of the Tsukiji Fish Market for a final book product.
Produced artistic product illustrations and designed company books and pamphlets.

Produced presentation quality material for multiple aspects of a private residence project while refining physical and 3D rendered model making skills. Assisted in the initial development of an urban housing design competition, located in Iran, by producing conceptual drawings and working designs within a group.

Drafted a range of construction documents for various projects while developing and advancing AutoCAD and Revit skills, conducted site visits, and attended client meetings. Participated as a group member in a restaurant redesign competition producing conceptual sketches, working drawings, and final presentation.
