Observed aspects of small business operations as assistant to architect and construction manager tasks including contract review, scheduling, cost analysis and competitive bidding along with all phases of architectural documentation.
 Responsible for Zoning and Historic Board Presentation and architectural design through construction for development projects:
o Surf Ave. Condos - Handicapped accessible 4 story multi –family residential condo project preserving the historic nature of Ocean Grove.
o Manchester Homes – Two single family luxury residential homes include an elevator, open floor plans and high-end finishes while restoring the historic façade design and urban appropriateness.
