Keith A. Snider Architect, Inc., President
I am the President and founder of KASAI and I contribut as the primary designer and managing partner. I am a licensed Florida architect and my twenty-one years of design experience includes townhouse developments, multi-story office buildings, mixed-use buildings, and custom residential houses.
In addition to KASAI, I have also served on the City of Delray Beach Historical Preservation Board, and maintains close ties to the academic community. I currently teach Construction Law, Sustainable Design.

My work at Seawood includes the 90,000 square foot regional headquarters for Océ Printing Systems, USA; 180,000 square foot calling center for AutoNation; the Science Building, High School Building for North Broward Preparatory.
Davies Architects, Intern-Architect
Intern-Architect and Project Manager for midsize architecture firm whose focus is medical, retail, and large scale commercial projects. Responsibilities included project management, team coordination, and design. My work there included the 11 story Wheeling Medical Office Building in Tulsa, Oklahoma; and 150,000 Tanger Factory Outlet Malls in Texas, Louisiana, Kansas, Iowa and Oklahoma.
Architectural Association School of Architecture (AA), MArch, History and Theory
My thesis is titled Measuring the Plastic Aesthetic which explores the two different roles vision plays in Le Corbusier’s Verse Une Architecture and how this organizes and defines the modern architectural experience.
