About 

I have developed fluency in the means and methods of digital modeling as well as a variety of architectural representation techniques.

I have 4 years of office experience in Autocad, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Illustrator, and InDesign.

I have completed intensive courses in both Revit & modeling/rendering covering the following programs: 

Grasshopper, Hoopsnake, Photoshop post-processing,

Rhino Render,  V-Ray Render & Animation, Adobe After Effects.

I have experience in the following design phases:
pre-design through schematics, approvals, bidding, 
contract documentation, and construction administration
development of design presentations, coordination with design consultants
product/material research,  detail development & sourcing

In this role, my responsibilities include all stages of work for residential interior design projects including:
● preparing presentation materials for clients using Sketchup/Enscape
● assistance in preparing technical drawings in Autocad for NYC DOB submission and contractor bidding
● assistance with construction administration including site visits
● material, fixture, and furniture research and specification
● assistance in coordinating vendors and FF&E orders

My current projects include a $3M West Village Townhome renovation and a brownstone update for a couple of musicians in Prospect Park South.

MADE Design/Build, Brooklyn, NY, US, Studio Coordinator

Working under the firm's Principal and Director of Operations, I was responsible for the general administrative management and marketing activities for this Red Hook Design/Build studio.

Team Culture and Development
Coordinate weekly culture-building activities for the firm's designers. As a result of this opportunity, I created a studio exchange program where we visited architectural, furniture, lighting design, and art studios in Red Hook.
Research trade shows, lectures, exhibitions, competitions, and opportunities.
Develop bi-weekly email featuring Design/Build Events calendar, interesting links, and new materials/product info for Team Distribution.
Worked with the Director of Operations to develop a community outreach and staff volunteer program. Worked with the Principal to develop ARE program to support and track staff licensure.

Marketing Outreach
Prepare weekly Instagram strategy presentations for Principal approval.
Research, budget, and coordinate production of employee and client gifts. Review project photo folders/coordinate documentation of significant project and team events.

Studio Management
Maintain office library and office supplies inventory. Responsible for greeting visitors and answering phone calls/voicemails, and mail distribution. Assisted the Principal with studio administrative tasks such as planning and producing an annual Holiday Party and company day.

MADE Design/Build, Brooklyn, NY, US, Designer

I was responsible for assisting in the successful development and completion of design work from schematic design to Owner occupation and project closeout. Working under the supervision of the Project Architect and Project Designer, my primary responsibilities included completion of the drawing and documentation of the project during all design phases. This involved both digital and physical
modeling, as well as researching/identification of project specifications.

Administrative Responsibilities:
Provided information for all project administrative reports, including work plans and invoicing, to assist the Director of Architecture in managing weekly team progress check-in meetings.
Researched and implemented innovative design resources and methodologies.

Project Responsibilities:
At project start-up, I synthesized initial project information from the Project Owner and Design/Build teams to establish project scope, schedule, and budget objectives. Documented clear work plans for each project team member.
Assisted in the production of required deliverables according to the schedule of completion for each project phase.
Assisted in the production of design development and documentation in particular renderings, physical models, and resource imagery for Owner presentations.
Assisted in the completion of all drawing sets issued for Permitting, Pricing, and Construction during the CD phase and shop drawing submittals during the CA phase.
