About

Landscape Architecture Student at The University of Tennessee, College of Architecture and Design.

Join me over the next three years as I journey through graduate school at the University of Tennessee's College of Architecture + Design where I am attending the Landscape Architecture graduate program.

My journey in design began when I was a kid. My imagination was nurtured greatly by my grandfather. From him I learned how to see things not only as they were but as they could be. The tree branch that could be a bow and arrow, the belt that was really a hidden money holder, the stump of wood that could be shaped into an old gnarly man. I walked in nature with my grandfather and learned to feel its ebb and flow, the way the land moved, the way the wind made the trees speak, how the night became almost as bright as the day. It was him who taught me to see.
