Hello I'm Valentina, I'm an Architect specialised in Architecture, Urban planning, Rendering and Design.

In my career I have improved my high academic preparation in architecture arguments obtaining a well-rounded mentality with many new ideas to share. I’m seeking a full time position which offers a professional working environment with the possibility of growing and learning with forward thinking team players. I have worked in different architectural sectors of interior and exterior design, in particular: residential, healthcare, service buildings, parking structures, office, master plans, skyscraper in every phases of design and development, developing construction systems and technology in particular with the themes of energetic sustainability, valuation, metric calculation of real estate, structural calculation, physics and technique design. 

I am experienced with software like Autocad 2d and 3d, 3d studio max and Photoshop. I have acquired an excellent knowledge on 3d modeling, Autocad drafting, design detailing, rendering and graphical lay out. I’m able to work on short notice in case of imminent delivery. I am able to collaborate with other colleagues, work on a team, be very adaptable in every situation and I am a good organizer.

In my experience, I have also acquired the ability to communicate with suppliers, customers and staff not only from Italy but also from the USA, Germany and France where I applied my knowledge of other languages. In my experience with the study of feasibility for ReaI Estate Investment I interacted with consultants, state agencies, contractors and clients. I always worked about valuation, metric calculation of real estate, design, budget of architecture building and real estate.
