Took part in all phases of several completed interior renovations:
Initial design consultation, survey and analysis of the current environment. Schematic Design: created presentations consisiting of design concepts, renderings and finishes options. Design Development. Contruction Documents: including detailed drawings and specifications for millwork and cabinetwork.
Construction Administration: reviewed shop drawings, provided coordination with the appropriate consultants, conducted regular site observations, processed submittal/substitution requests and addressed RFI.

Was responsible for client interaction on multiple small to medium size projects; developing the objectives, requirements and project budget. Subsequently developed the design concept for each project and advised the client on practical considerations and constraints to their project in- situ. Was solely responsible for all detailed drawings, plans and presentations for the project.
studiostudio, Firenze, IT, On Site Menagement and Director Assistant
Worked alongside the principal architect on the construction phase of a competition-winning multi-unit residential project. While architect was absent (working on major projects in the Orient), conducted the regular site visits to measure compliance with time, plans and budgets. Identified problems that arose during construction phase, reported them to the architect and supervised onsite resolution.
