Executed architect of record duties for ongoing upgrades to a historic, 42 story, midtown Manhattan hotel built in 1929.

Performed construction administration work for a six-story core and shell renovation in Manhattan's famous "Diamond District." Concurrently developed an intricate jewelry exchange fit-out design for the first two-stories of the same building. Prepared and updated construction documents for the coordination of MEP, structural engineers and lighting consultants. Attended weekly on-site construction meetings with the GC/CM and informed the client of any changes in progress or budget.
