45,000 square foot UCLA 16th Street Outpatient Services Building, Santa Monica, CA. Responsible for shepherding the project through core and shell and tenant improvement design development, construction documentation, permitting and construction administration.
Work included:

• Scheduling, leading, and documenting UCLA user group meetings.
• Supervision of all Nautilus architectural project staff.
• Management of the development of Revit construction documents.
• Coordination of all consultants, including providing LEED Silver documentation.
• Obtaining approvals and construction permits.
• Onsite construction administration.
• Overall project management including consistently meeting critical deadlines and maintaining the highest quality standards for the AIA award winning project.

Medical departments of the 16th St. Outpatient Services Building project included Surgery, Radiation Oncology, Sterile Processing, Outpatient Pharmacy and Offices for the UCLA Department of Medicine.
