About

My studies at Columbia University have provided me with many opportunities to refine my skills as an analyst of real estate finance and acquisitions. As a Real Estate Development student through Columbia University’s GSAPP, I developed a strong knowledge of the physical and monetary aspects of real estate in the fast paced market of New York City. My chosen curriculum encouraged the studies of both the creative and analytical facets required to manifest a cohesive real estate development project.

Unlike other architecture students I have had many early opportunities to work on built projects. Including NJIT's 2008 Masonry Build, and a ceremonial stair and ramp at Middlesex Community College while at DMR Architects and Team New Jersey's Enjoy House entry into the 2011 Solar Decathlon.

The successful completion of Team New Jersey's 2011 Solar Decathlon entry, has allowed me to develop a unique set of skills such as; Designer, Construction Manager, Procurer, Logistical Manager and MEP Designer. This project has given me the intuition, creativity and resilience necessary to succeed in today's competitive building industry.

Specialties: Real Estate Finance, Architectural Design, Construction Management, Logistics, Procurement, MEP Design, Market Analysis
