About 

Eya is a Master’s degree in Architecture and urban design holder since July 2009. She is currently working in Beijing as a project manager in the real estate department of the French embassy.

• Prepared tender documents and supervised the renovation works of 6 apartments (among 16), sizes ranging from 40 to 200 sqm,
• Communicated with contractors for works bidding and consulted with head of department to select the best bidding contractor,
• Supervised the testing, commissioning and handover phases, etc.

- Construction of a new building for the French Embassy - Seoul – South Korea
(Investment cost: 14 M€)
• Monitored the feasibility studies and supervised the architectural program,
• Participated to the development of the operation financing plan, etc.

- Refurbishment of premises for the French Cooperation Bureau – Pyongyang – North Korea (Investment cost: 450 000 €)
• Supervised the handover of the works and monitored the one year guarantee, etc.

- Relocation of the General Consulate of France – Guangzhou – China
(Investment cost: 1.2 M€)
• Assisted the Consulate defining its needs and developed a coherent architectural and technical program, etc.

- Renovation and extension of the French Cultural Institute – Tokyo – Japan
(Investment cost: 13 M€)
• Drew the building's existing plans and assisted the Institute defining its needs in terms of spaces and surfaces,
• Monitored the feasibility studies, etc.
