Responsible for completing the architecture process including Schematic Design, Design Development, Bid Document Development, and Construction Document Development. Also responsible for completing a full Zoning and Building code analysis, NYCECC analysis, and reviewing these item with the plan examiners at the NYC DOB. Additional tasks include creating Renderings, 3D models, and presentation boards as required, as well as MEP Document Coordination, Consultant Coordination, and assisting the expediting team with obtaining NYC DOB approvals, Certificate of Occupancy, and Application Closeout.
