As a project coordinator at the Thai Community Development Center, I am responsible for establishing relationships with small businesses in the Thai community in Los Angeles, and assisting them with skills such as customer service to people outside of their community and also marketing methods to boost sales. I have written a hospitality toolkit to provide for the businesses in Thai Town based on a needs assessment survey I had conducted. I also assisted with another project that will serve as a business incubator in Thai Town, Los Angeles that will help aspiring business get off to a good start. I am also involved with the maintenance and beautification projects in Thai Town.
