Prepared Master Plans for the development of four Logistic Warehousing complexes in Qatar. The facility includes Ventilated, Refrigerated / Frozen & Air Conditioned Warehouses including Labor Accommodation. As a Design Manager worked on the Deaf Education Buildings project.
Implemented a project for ASHGHAL (PWA) called Scouts Overland Camp for Qatar Scouts and Guides Association at Al Mazrouaa. Reviewed project documents then recommended for some improvements for the project and were accepted by the Client. Monitor onsite project implementation process to maintain quality and standard of the project as per the project document.

Density studied for the client on multiple sites to evaluate scope and estimated budget for the projects. Consultant selection and coordination with them on all the design meetings for the project. Organize meetings with the client, consultant and contractor, issue payment certificates and closeout the projects at completion. Responsible for a team of 5 junior architects and managing 4 to 5 projects from design development through implementation of mixed-use development projects like shopping, multi-family housing with parking garages. Keeping excellent client relationship and managing the entire team members. Also space planning, code review & detailing worked out for a better set of construction document. Organizing project meetings with the client, consultants and contractor to manage the Multi-Family & Mixed Development Projects.

Project manager was the key role while working here. Managing 4 to 5 projects at a time from design development stage to construction administration stages with 3 junior architects. Worked on Students Housing, Dining Hall (800 dining capacity) and Hospitality Projects.

Involved every level of the project including project-bidding process while worked here. Preparation of concept plan as per the RFP (request for the proposal) requirements, code research and audiovisual presentation method used to satisfy the client. Regular project meeting with the school district officials, consultants, contractor and managed the production works with 5 architects on K-12 Schools and School District’s Stadium Project.
