About 

Matthew was born and raised in Chicago and is currently pursuing a career in the field of architecture. He is particularly interested in high-end residential, commercial, hospitality and commercial design. Having practiced in Los Angeles for 2.5 years, Matthew relocated back to his hometown of Chicago to focus on high-end residential design. His strengths include 3D modeling, particularly in Sketch Up, rendering techniques, post-render drawings,and has 10 years of AutoCAD Experience. He excels in Adobe Creative Suite and has a keen eye from graphics. Matthew is an excellent team player and works best in collaborative settings.

Matthew aids in schematic design, program planning, and the development of large-scale design projects at Jensen + Partners. His minor in Digital Media adds depth to his formal architectural training; he often assists with graphics and new media in the design field. Currently his projects include the Barlow Respiratory Hospital Healthy Living Community, Hennepin County Medical Center master planning, VA Health System master planning, and assisting other project teams with graphics and presentations.

Matthew played an important role as an architectural intern at Lindsay Associates by aiding in the efforts in planning, designing and developing construction documents for high-end residential housing. Projects ranged from small backyard additions, a new boat garage and attached living quarters, to new custom homes.
