About

Dear sir/madam,

As you can see by my curriculum, although I am an architect by trade I have specialized as Project and Construction manager reporting directly to the client in the past few years. As a result I have increased my technical knowledge and versatility in a number of technical domains, which enable me to add significant value to a project and to the organization.

My professional background is therefore a great education in architecture design knowledge and Project Management leadership. In the last two years I have been working in very challenging projects as it required me to manage by my own a new area in difficult countries (Vietnam and Mexico), with projects ongoing.
My previous professional experience in Europe (2007-10) provided me with significant international exposure as it required me to report to our client’s headquarters in London (Iron Mountain Europe) regularly. Furthermore, I was responsible for coordinating projects in multiple European offices such as the UK, Netherlands, France, Greece, Russia, Germany, Hungary and Italy.
From a design perspective, in Spain and Vietnam, I have been mainly involved in many kind of residential projects and urban projects.
To summarize my profile, I must say I am specialized in giving a concept idea for a new project and manage it from its development to the final construction with absolute control in all aspects and in all phases.

I have three important languages which I can work with (French, English and Spanish)  and the most important is I am highly motivated to new adventures, around the world.

Sincerely yours,

Jaime Velasco
