About

For over the past two years, I have worked in construction management for Plaza Construction Corporation as a Cost Estimator and Assistant Project Manager.  During my time at Plaza, I worked as the Assistant Project Manager for one of Plaza’s ground-up, 20-story high-rise residential buildings and retail space properties, coordinating these projects into fruition.  My experience has allowed me to work with real estate developers, architects, and subcontractors, performing all pre-construction, design, and construction work to build a finished product (high rise buildings, subways, interior renovations, etc.)

I went into architecture and construction because I have always enjoyed the aesthetic and visual creation of space.  I have had the responsibility of bringing concept to creation by managing all subcontractor, architect, and designer relations for new construction projects at Plaza.  Yet, I find myself seeking a slightly different outlet for design and creation.  I would very much like the opportunity to utilize my construction management background toward a career that also incorporates pre-construction design responsibilities as well.
