Architecture is a passion I've developed since I was a little kid. I remember I used to visit buildings with my father and tell him how amazed I was to visit such places, even though they where not the best architecture projects. As time passed by, art and history called my attention, as well as music, such as operas, arias, and music plays. So this is how I devoted to the arts, in general, and so, when the time came to choose my professional studies I decided architecture was the best one of all. It is so beautiful how you can design something using the arts to inspire, or any other thing that you consider beautiful.
I was born in 1987 in Chihuahua, Mexico, and I was raised in Monterrey my whole life. I've always loved traveling, and in the past 5 years, my summers where all about architecture. I went to europe, US, and Canada to learn about architecture, and I loved every single thing I saw there. Europe is known for classical and gothic architecture, the US and Canada are known for the historicism movement, and I found it completely fascinating. Now a days, they all have they're modern architecture and I discovered that the whole world is entering in a new era of design, all of which I'd love to be a part of.

I've opened an architecture design studio which offers a complete service regarding business basically.
This is what I basically do:
1. Business Conceptual Idea Development.
2. Business Financial Concept.
3. Benchmark and Market Investigation for better Business' Concept.
4. Branding and Marketing Strategy.
5. Architectural Design.
6. Construction Administration.
It is a complete service, where I develop a concept for a new business, then comes the architectural design phase, branding and marketing strategy, and construction administration for this. In this architecture studio, the client leaves everything up to me, and I assure them a great, complete and beautiful project.

I'm working in a project called MICROPOLIS, one of Monterrey's biggest urban developments.
The project consists of an apartment tower, a hotel, office space and retail space. You can visit our home page for more information, it's really fascinating.
My job position requires me to analyze and keep up with all the financial needs of the protect, such as paper work, paychecks, payment requirements, etc. I'm also responsible for the event planning, and partially in charge of marketing and benchmark investigation.
Arqware, Senior Architect
I was a Senior Architect in the Arqware office, and I was an associate in the design of a 20 story high apartment building in San Pedro, Garza García. This apartment tower was a completely high end project, each apartment was 1,200 square feet and it was located in a very valuable place.
The project was handed to the client and it is now in the permission stage, it is supposed to start construction in May 2012.
MX Arquitectos, Jr. Architect
In this office, I worked as a Jr. Architect, and it basically consisted in Autocad drawing for executive projects. Here I learned all about lightning plans, structural plans, drainage plans, and all about how to hand in a project to a client.

Bachelor in Architecture at Mexico's top university.
I participated in Student Body activities, as well as in congress organization and graduation planning.
I won the "High Performance" award for Social Leadership.
Studied in diverse summer schools in Barcelona and Madrid.

Award given by ITESM, in which they recognize the students who had the highest performance in diverse categories, mine was Social Leadership
Hines House Award, 1st Place
Award given among 60 contestants. The challenge was to design a house for a family of 5. The project also had to be sustainable and a low energy consumer.
