My name is Andranik Ognayan, Andy for short. I recently completed my undergraduate of architecture program in Woodbury University, Burbank and will pursue a Bachelor's Degree in architecture soon. I am deeply interested in the arts, architecture being my priority. As a field it is very advantageous as it has its connections to other elements of the world. I have been involved in the field since high school, attending after school programs related to architecture and construction. This was a great introductory step in convincing me that this is the path I want to take. I am also interested in photography, urban design, film, geography, culture, and history which are things that enable an architect to design. I have been greatly inspired and influenced by Russian Constructivism and Deconstructivism, Le Corbusier, Minimalism, nature's ability to translate and communicate, Rem Koolhaas, Brutalism, Neil Denari, culture, location, vintage style, technology, and Los Angeles as for its distinctness. I cannot think myself doing something other than architecture because that is what pushes me to the future of my destiny.
