Initially worked with the partner managing the Landscape Architecture division, but assumed that senior position when that partner left the firm. Managed projects including several NYSDOT Region 11 parks, ITS mitigation, skate park and bikeway designs. Projects required significant agency coordination, including NYSDOT, NYCDOT, NYC Parks and various utility agencies.
As Project Landscape Architect, I was responsible for producing landscape and engineering plans for a private client during the final phases of obtaining a C of O for Rivervue Condominums in Tuckahoe, NY.
Solely responsible for site and landscape design for NJ Schools Construction Corporation West Side High School in Newark, NJ, Mahwah Twp. track and artificial turf field replacement, and several projects involving green roof design and LEED compliance.

Working within the Civil Engineering Department, served as the sole Landscape Architect, directing cross functional project teams, creating presentations, sketches, designs, landscape plans, grading plans, lighting plans, details, and all aspects of the contract document process, including specifications and cost estimates.
Supervised the construction phase tasks, including bid documents, pre-bid meetings, RFI's, bid and pre-construction meetings, weekly site meetings, payment requisition requests, change orders and implemented project close-outs.
Project work included schools, housing authorities, pharmaceutical, industrial, commercial and office clients. Achieved LEED certification for two schools, using bio-retention, infiltration storm water systems and student garden plots with captured rainwater for irrigation.
Client presentations included state and municipal agencies, school boards and community workshops.
