David Brueggeman

Summary
David Brueggeman's thirty year body of work exemplifies his commitment to
resolving complex problems with innovative solutions. He is an accomplished
leader with a vast track record of successfully built projects encompassing
healthcare, scientific laboratories, higher education & K-12, civic, commercial,
hospitality, concert halls, convention facilities, museums, airports, ground &
marine transportation, defense, federal government, housing, mixed-use
development, and historic preservation.  From UCLA where he excelled as a
grad student to working on Benaroya Concert Hall David continues to excel as
an Architect, Project Architect, and Project Manager. Having recently achieved
NCARB certification, Canadian architectural registration, LEED AP, and Cold
Regions Engineering certification, his work focuses on judicious planning,
innovative design solutions, sustainable building principles, and environmental
stewardship.  His low-keyed, thoughtful demeanor is occasionally punctuated
with unexpected humor making him a pleasure to work with him. Receiving
recognition from his peers and from his passion for success David brings
insight, vision and his knowledge to the project team.
