As an associate architect, I am required to drive the project from its theoretical phase to built certainty, with all the cutting edge details in between, managing queries from clients, design development and client presentations, preparation and supervision of construction drawings and details, site supervision and quality control, corresponding with various consultants including structural and other service consultants.

I have worked mainly on residential bungalows and apartments in India, where not just architecture as per the project requirement is addressed, but also interiors as part of the scheme, which merges effectively with the architectural language and turn out to be a part of the overall design.

Working at Edgar Demello architects has given me the acquaintance of contemporary architecture where every miniature detail matters the most with respect to overall finish of the building, at the same time also to address the environment, making residential buildings more and more eco-friendly, without any compromise to luxury and comfort and of course, architectural language. We treat these timeless contemporary design residences as products, rather than just buildings. The overall design along with the architectural language are required to perform efficiently and functionally for at least a minimum of 25 years.
