Observed construction on site, coordinated contractors, consultants and multiple stakeholders, and ensured deadline adherence. •Acted as Senior Job Captain at Tower 4 team during construction documentation phase. •Served as project architect representing Adamson Associates at site office in New York. Reviewed shop drawings, revised documents, created detailed sketches for RFIs, prepared ASI Packages. ‘ •Maintained the legality of the contract documents and protect the design intent of the tower 2, 3 & 4. This involved researching and solving questions as they arose and following the solutions through regulatory approval and official distribution. Remained aware of all changes to the documents in all disciplines in order to maintain coordination of those changes.
