"Everything you can imagine is real," Pablo Picasso
After my third year of school, I worked as an intern for a Forensic Engineering firm in Somerville, NJ. At this job I learned a great deal about construction detailing, structure, and effective construction and design practices. I worked at Morris Engineering throughout my fourth and fifth years of school.
After graduating from Philadelphia University in May 2013, I spent a year working as an Architectural Design Intern at BartonPartners in Pennsylvania, just outside Philadelphia. I am currently working as a Designer at Stokes Architecture in Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia- designing restaurants, cafes and other commercial and hospitality projects. I am enjoying the learning process every step of the way- and the intricate level of detail that goes hand-in-hand with this type of design.
Additionally, I have recently begun the pursuit of my architectural license, two tests down, five to go!
