About 

I have worked as a designer throughout my 11 year career path leading projects from start to finish. In my earlier years my focus was on design and construction documents, as well as construction administration. Recently my career path involved also Project Management and Tender Documents, including BOQ and specifications. I worked as an Architect and an Interior Designer in the USA and the Middle East. My work involved residential, commercial/retail, educational and civic. I am LEED AP certified and in the process of earning my license. I have great management, computer and communication skills. I am great at dealing with clients, contractors and my team.

Employment 

Consolidated Contractors Company, Project Manager and Architect / Interior Designer

Project: Hasib Sabbagh Regional Academy for Health, Safety and Environmental Studies.
• Manager and coordinator of $5M full renovation of 43,000sqft built up area on 2.4acres. Renovation works include site/civil, landscaping, architectural, MEP and interior.
• Develop, review and approve contracts, drawings, materials, specifications and construction documents for all phases of the project from schematic to Bidding.

Project: The Boulevard – Rotana Hotel
• Managed department of (10) Architects and responsible for execution of shop drawings for $12M finishing/interior works of 82,000 sq ft, 6 floors hotel.
• Coordinated with other departments, the General Contractor, Consultant and Client.
