Occunpancy Planner / Project Manager position involved managing personnel seating assignments and information in over 40 building sites (nationally) and over 350,000 sq. ft. These occupacy locations were updated in a program, Manhattan for real estate and billing purposes. I was responsible for planning and design for growth in any of these buildings as well as maintaining trackers for the updates of building occupancy and design. Building updates required monthly 'walk-thru' of sites and coordination with facilities manager nad client.
