My dream is to become a creative, successful licensed architect and join progressive company where my knowledge and skills will be helpful for a team. During 10 years of my experience I"ve been involving in different fields of architecture:

-Survey and documentation of existing condition

-Zoning and Building Code analysis

-Design based on scope of work and Zoning and Codes regulations

-Preliminary design of structural, mechanical, plumbing and sprinkler

-Preparing of construction document

- Research of building’s systems, materials and products

-Job estimation

-Administrative architectural office work

-Filing representative in Department of Buildings: filing job, schedule and following plan examiners’ appointments

-Communication to clients and sub-contractors 

 I've been working on  commercial, mix-use, residential projects. I have proficiency in AutoCaad, Photoshop, Microsoft , Revit (beginner). I still work on my IDP.
