About

I'm the current graduate student of Master of Science in Sustainable Design in School of Architecture, UT at Austin (expected graduation in May) as well as I was an architectural graduate with Distinctive Degree holding multiple prizes of prestigious competitions for student.

My academic and professional interests are the relationships among sustainable design and regionalism - local identity, culture and practice. I specifically in my master thesis study the intersection between tourism development, eco-design and aesthetics. After all, I believe great design requires synthesis, both in terms of professional discipline - architecture, landscape and urban design, and of aspect concerned - economic, structure, aesthetic, and social implication.

My range of experience includes creating conceptual designs, developing architectural drawings and plans, generating detailed construction drawings and specifications, preparing document and presenting projects. Capitalizing on my 2 years of professional experience working for international architectural firms specializing sustainability issues, I believe that my architecture and environment knowledge can contribute to the any entity who thrive to sustainability and innovation.

Education

The University of Texas at Austin, Austin, TX, US, Masters, Sustainable Design

The program as a whole integrates three areas of inquiry related to the built environment — natural systems, building systems, and cultural systems. The study of natural systems relies upon the disciplines of physics and ecology as they relate to architecture. The study of building systems includes investigation of those component technologies that are required to construct environmentally responsive architecture. The study of cultural systems requires that natural and building systems be investigated within the complex social and political context of architectural practice. In sum, the Sustainable Design Program is practical, technical, and philosophical in scope.
