About 

 I have experience in architectural design and project coordination, and experience in both new site development and existing project renovation.  Direct hands–on experience in completed Space Programming and Design Concept Documents, Demonstrated direct experience with clients and evidence of skills formulating and developing concepts with clients individually and in groups is a requirement, and I have broad experience on varying projects and have the ability to organize client’s ideas and requirements utilizing a process to produce a final summary of concepts and space requirements.
Individual will have organizational skills combined with the ability to quickly sketch concepts and diagrams to transform client ideas from abstract to concept and then to graphical and written solutions. I have experience in using  CAD , and coordinating with other engineering disciplines. My experience includes coordinating client reviews and peer reviews. Responsibilities included
• Developed and Maintain Commissioning Elapsed Time Schedule and update Commissioning Building and infrastructure plan VA Medical Center in Florida -Orlando. Prepare FPTs commissioning review of submittals VA Medical Center in Florida -Orlando. The new Orlando VA Medical Center will be located on a 65-acre campus in southeast Orange County. The 1.2 million square foot facility will cost $665 million to construct. The medical center will have a large multispecialty outpatient clinic, 134-inpatient beds, 120-community living center beds, a 60-bed domiciliary and administrative and support services

• Review project design packages using, Specifications are project-specific. LEED criteria are incorporated into the designs of all facilities.
• Manage inspection and acceptance of all work. Conducted routine inspections, reviewed special inspection reports, schedules, coordinates, and conducts pre-final and final inspections, prepared and distributed punch-lists and monitored punch-list completion for 22 building in Washington DC.
• Review project design packages using, Specifications are project-specific. LEED criteria are incorporated into the designs of all facilities.
1. Using a PRMA roofing system with either a paver system or vegetative roof as required, roofing materials, flashing and coping materials in the areas indicated on the Schematic .Roof Plan. Install new polyisocyanurate insulation as required to achieve an R-50 insulation value. Install new Energy Star® rated TPO membrane roofing system with a minimum SRI of 78.
2 . Install a photovoltaic system.
3. Fluorescent Lighting Fixtures in public and private corridors with new recessed LED down lights.
Existing Occupancy Sensors for new lighting control.
HP 2’x4’ fixtures and associated occupancy sensors.
Toilet Room Occupancy Sensors.
Fluorescent fixtures with stepped dimming and photo sensor controls alternate).
