I am an Intern Architect pursuing my provincial registration and currently searching for a new position with a leading Architecture office in Vancouver. I am an organized and responsible employee and thrive within a collaborative design team atmosphere.
Over the past decade, I have worked as an Intern Architect for international offices in Rotterdam and Berlin, as a designer and project manager of high-profile public art installations across the US and Canada, and as the Art Director for a nonprofit artist workspace in New York City.
I was born and raised in New Jersey but have called Vancouver home for the past 7 years.

Sauerbruch Hutton Architects, Berlin, DE, Intern Architect (praktikant)
Intern on large scale commercial high rise in Munich for ADAC, the German Auto Club. Worked on construction phase plans, sections, elevations and physical detail models of facade systems, as well as finalization of signature colour work for two major facade types. I helped coordinate the final construction drawing sets, with various engineering layers, wall tags, door, window and finish schedules.
Döll Atelier voor Bouwkunst, Rotterdam, NL, Intern Architect (stagiair)
Worked on multiple projects at various stages of completion including a winning competition entry for a campus master plan in Germany, a commercial office study, the interior design for a city hall and government offices, as well as a multi-use housing development and school.

Director and coordinator for competitive international residency program and professional artist workspace. Managed teams of interns, administrators and studio assistants to produce high quality editioned multiples, installations and unique printed works. Responsible for project budgets, design direction, knowledge of materials and processes.

UBC M.Arch program is a complete, accredited curriculum providing Canadian Architectural Certification Board [CACB] approved professional standing, affording automatic parity with the professional standards set by the US National Architectural Accreditation Board [NAAB]. As with all accredited, professional degrees, the course of study is highly demanding, with a large proportion of the curriculum being assigned to core, required coursework.
My coursework included multiple 3-credit courses in Architectural History, Design Media, Building Technology, Structures, Environmental Systems, Contemporary Theory, and Professional Practice. I completed five 9-credit Design Studios, a core introductory studio, three elective studios including one design-build , and one Comprehensive Building Studio. I also participated in two study abroad terms in Havana and Beijing as well as a co-op placement in the Netherlands. My degree culminated in a 2-term Graduation Project.

BA degree split equally between studies in American History and Art History at Rutgers College and studies in Visual Art at Mason Gross School of the Arts. My Visual Art concentration was in printmaking and I took courses in lithography, silkscreen, and intaglio processes as well as papermaking and bookbinding. My studio work culminated in a final exhibition as well as a written thesis. I also completed a second major in General History and minor in Art History
Architecture Canada (formerly RAIC) - Honour Roll Recipient, Award
The Architecture Canada Honour Roll recognizes those students of an accredited professional degree program of Architecture in Canada who have achieved high academic standing in the top 10% of their graduating class.
For each School of Architecture, a maximum of four students from the top 10 per cent of the graduating class, shall receive honour roll certificates from Architecture Canada.
