About

Associate AIA, LEED® AP BD+C

The work ethic ingrained in me since earning my Bachelor of Architecture degree taught me that any obstacle is simply a problem that needs to be solved by thinking creatively to meet a complex set of requirements.  While with Perkins+Will Architects I learned to collaborate with and manage project architects, designers, contractors, product vendors, engineers and other consultants to ensure proper execution of each project’s sustainability goals, technical performance and  excellence in design. I completed work on a variety of projects including the design and construction of the UCLA Young Research Library renovation, which achieved LEED gold accreditation.

I also produced the architecturally related feature narrative film ALL HALE for Genuine Rockprov Productions which was shot on location in Hale County, Alabama against the stunning backdrop of the Rural Studio. The film gained award winning attention which allowed me to negotiate representation for the film’s sales at the American Film Market, Cannes’ Marche du Film, and the Berlin Film Festival. Following that, I maintained an operations role as the company completed a variety of short and music video productions.

Specialties and Interests: Project Management, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, LEED Coordination, Graphic Design, Photography, Film/TV Development and Production
