I would like to bring to notice that, I have worked in our Industry for 32 years and that, the last 12 years as a Project Manager in the Healthcare (OSHPD) environment, with which I lead a team successfully to meet its objectives and adapt quickly to different organizational cultures ( 2 Architectural teams , 4 Construction Management teams, 3 GC Project Management teams). I understand the financial and ethical importance associated with the time frames within which we have to complete the project. Pierce Enterprises, El Monte, CA, US, Senior Project Manager

12 consecutive years on what has become known as the most complex hospital project in the state.
Led Design Build team for OSHPD Hospital & Central Plant for Exterior Wall System, Led BIM team for interior wall & ceilings of Imaging Suites, Managed resources for the construction of more than 60,000 square feet of renovation work in an ongoing operating hospital, and over 330,000 square feet of new construction adjacent to the operating hospital, Developed and negotiated cost proposals in excess of $30M. Control budgets up to $45M.Coordinate manpower and activities for JCAHO review and certification. Assembled and led project management team of seven, along with outside consultants and tiered sub contractors for life of project.

Led Design Build Team for the Exterior Wall System of Staples Arena, Estimate Costs, Manage accounting for all change requests, reduced overall schedule from 18 months to 12 months.

San Francisco Airport developed T & M cost analysis and billing for Boarding Areas A & G.

Other topics include management principles, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, design, safety, insurance, construction techniques, labor, and public relations. The course includes one "construction forum" with senior management representatives from several different disciplines related to building construction.
