Organization of Staff Analyst, New York, Administrative Assistant
Independent city union—position as an administrative assistant to the Executive Director. I coordinate all her filings and enter into the database, I hold responsible for her files in the archives and create a set of lists. I answer phones and manage basic clerical tasks such as filing, database, schedule meetings, calendars and personal events for our memebers.
LAD | Lam Architectural Design, New York, Freelance Position (per project based)
Architectural/ Interior Design Firm- Freelance Position (per project based). I am responsible for all specifications for all the FF&E. In addition, assist senior designer with final decisions with the FF&E and help with presentation boards. I am responsible for furniture specifications and CD drawings as well as contact vendors and manufacturers for sample request and input company project directory.

Design Build Firm—positioned as an intern where I assist the in-house designers with projects from residential, commercial, educational, and hospitality. I managed the library and follow-ups with vendors and manufacturers. Assist architects and designers with materials specification, plans layouts and presentation. I also schedule meetings for vendors and manufacturers to come in for follow ups for sample.
Marlboro Group International, LLC, New York, Part Time Assistant/Intern
General Contractors Firm—positioned as a part-time assistant/intern to the project managers, architect and estimators where I managed all of company’s payables and files including errands and company supplies and other general clerical tasks. I was responsible for sending invitations and bidding estimates to our contractors for projects to bid for our clients. I handled overseeing the revised floor plans and making sure no errors.

I am a graduate with a BFA in Interior Design. My field of study ranges from anywhere from high end residential to hospitality and even to healthcare. Working with many different types of design, I was able to expand and gain new knowledge and the different functions within the range. It challenged me to open up and step outside of my comfort zone and explore a new dimension of interior design.

I attended a Community College for an Associate's degree in Fine Arts and minor in English Literature. Through my travel experiences, I have a new take on various cultures of art and literature. I have encountered numerous people from all around the world whom attended this school with me.
I am interested in different mediums of fine arts from still life paintings to modernize paintings and drawings as well as the history of different buildings and architectural history. In addition, discovering the types of skills and techniques of writing, gave me a chance to express and interpret the person I am today.
