In-house Architect on residential and commercial design-build projects for a General Contractor. Directing all phases of design projects from establishing scope and fees through the design process leading to building permits. Coordinate with construction staff to optimize budget. Also served as Construction Manager on projects and initiated processes to optimize bidding, budgeting and scheduling process within the company.
• Designing new facilities for Cycle House in Santa Monica, including assisting in the development of prototyping the design for future expansion of the company.
