About 

Experienced architect with hospitality, retail and restaurant design experience in the US, Europe, Asia (China, Vietnam, India), North Africa (Morocco) and the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman). Demonstrated competence in BIM technologies, conceptualization and leadership.

Project experience of note includes Ponce City Market redevelopment, a Fortune 500 corporate campus expansion,  ‘the World’ in Dubai, UAE, Four Seasons Resort in Mauritius, and Amirandes Resort in Crete.

-Key project drafting, visualization, administration and client/consultant coordination of upper level (+70,000 ft2) redevelopment of a historic landmark/largest brick building in the South. The scope of work includes new amenity areas for visitors (new welcome lobby, bars, restaurant, amusement, catering and back of house facilities). Construction scope includes demolition, new walls, windows, ceilings and installation of new raised wood and concrete decks, landscaping and lighting. Permitting package included extensive life safety analysis & multi-packaged permitting submission strategy (on-going).
-Concept, schematic & design development of innovative retail hall ; coordinating structural capabilities of unique steel staircase connecting upper & lower levels to the rest of the building
-Revit team coordination, modeling & drafting for +400,00 ft2 LEED certified office building with training, meeting, dining and mechanical functions. The building structure is cast in place concrete with exterior cladding comprised of precast concrete panels, metal panels and curtain wall.
-Presentation schematic & design development, coordination & design for various retail, restaurant & office concepts.
