The Walt Disney Company, Burbank, CA, US, Design Manager

Assisted in overall master planning strategies and corporate initiatives, working with all divisions of Disney Corporate, Walt Disney Studios, Imagineering, and ABC.
Provided planning, design, and MAC services for temporary modular and office space for over 400 person Walt Disney Imagineering California Adventure team during theme park construction. Worked with Finance department on furniture inventories & internal cost transfer documentation thru out two year project duration.
Redesigned office environments that better utilized the available square footage and improved aesthetic quality. Selected furniture, furnishings and finishes for TI projects.
•Resulting in minimum $15K savings in Architectural Design costs per project.
Oversaw planning and master project schedule for Olive Building vacate project which included 14 business units, 275 total headcount, and 80,000 useable square feet of space requirement.
•Worked closely with construction management team on developing $1.3M construction budget, schedule, build out requirements, relocations, and identifying vacate and dismantle scope of work for existing spaces.
