As a senior member of the staff, I am in control and constant management for all the projects in the company within the Northern California region. My duties range from site preparation to building completion, all while overseeing the design and construction process. In addition, I have to interview and prepare construction contracts for the contractors as well as managing a staff.

Involved in all aspects of either ground up or retrofit projects for Bp/Arco in the design and construction of gas stations and convenience stores. This process required me to do space planning for the convenience stores, coordinate and be in constant contact with consultants, building and planning agencies in order to ensure project delivery. Also had to prepare periodic reports for the client to make sure their requirements were being met. All this while managing an in house staff to make sure projects met all the necessary client as well as code requirements.

In charge of managing an in house staff to put together construction documents for the interior portion of a Four seasons Hotels in Vail Colorado. The scope of the project ranged from schematic design through project delivery.

Involved in the design and construction oversight of the Lake Merced Golf Club. The scope of the project was the building renovation and interior design from schematic design through construction. With the help of an in house staff we put together concepts in the schematic design process for the client until reaching the final solution for construction. The project budgeted to be built for $9.2 Million Dollars is situated in Daly City California. After managing the Construction Administration phase, the project was finally completed in Dec. 2004.
