About

My interest in architectural and interior design is long standing. I secured an Internship with the Dean of the School of Design Strategies at Parsons in the beginning of the summer of 2012, and gained exposure to the architectural practices in helping with the design process and drawings for St. George’s School in Ethiopia.  As a sophomore, I started my own company as a freelance designer to build up my portfolio and expound on the knowledge I’ve gained in school.  I have earned several awards while a student at Parsons, The New School for Design, including the only senior to graduate with academic honors for the BFA Architectural Design program 2012.  I was awarded a Dean’s Scholarship to Parsons for all of the years I attended, was on the Dean’s List for Fall 2009 and Spring 2012 as well as have projects selected for the Parsons Archive in Fall 2009, Fall 2010, Spring 2011, and Fall 2011.
